Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Who I am

This website, stasyahops.com, is operated by Anastasiia Khmelnitskaia, working under the name Stasya Hops (“I”, “me”, “my”), from the United States. I am the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Questions about privacy? Write to collabs@stasyahops.com.

2. What information I collect

Information you send me. When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter:

  • your name;
  • your email address or social media handle;
  • whether you are a brand/agency or a creator/individual, and the service you are interested in;
  • the message you write (project details, goals, timeline).

If you email me directly, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Technical information. Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

I do not ask for, and you should not send me, sensitive information such as payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health information.

3. How I use your information

  • To read and respond to your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare proposals and deliver the work.
  • To keep records of our communication and my business.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

I do not use your details for marketing mailings unless you ask for them, and I do not make automated decisions about you.

4. Legal bases (EU / UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, I process your personal data on these bases: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (answering your inquiry); my legitimate interests in running and securing the site and my business, which are not overridden by your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where I explicitly ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. I only use trusted service providers who process data on my behalf to run the site:

  • Formspree (formspree.io): receives and forwards contact-form submissions to me by email.
  • Vercel (vercel.com): hosts the website and serves its pages.
  • Google Fonts (fonts.google.com): the site loads fonts from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
  • My email provider, which stores the messages I receive.

I may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of my business.

6. International transfers

I am based in the United States and the providers above may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the providers’ data-privacy framework certifications.

7. How long I keep it

I keep inquiries and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond, to manage any working relationship and to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements. After that I delete or anonymize them. You can ask me to delete your information sooner (see section 9).

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical logs, as described above. If I add analytics, pixels or other tracking technology in the future, I will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Because the site does not track you across other websites, there is nothing to opt out of in respect of “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signals.

9. Your rights

EU / UK visitors have the right to access their data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other US state residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (I do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To use any of these rights, email collabs@stasyahops.com. I may need to verify your identity first, and I will respond within one month (or within 45 days where US state law applies).

10. Security

I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent me information, contact me and I will delete it.

12. Links to other websites

The site links to external platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy policies and I am not responsible for their practices.

13. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted on this page.
